Terms of Service

1. Who can use Crosstown
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. One account per person. You must complete photo verification before your profile appears in discovery.
2. How you agree to behave
- Be who you say you are. No impersonation, and no photos of other people.
- No harassment, hate speech or threats.
- No sexual content involving minors. This is reported to the authorities.
- No soliciting money, no commercial promotion, no spam.
- Do not scrape, reverse-engineer or automate access to the service.
We remove accounts that break these rules. Serious violations are removed immediately and permanently.
3. Subscriptions
Crosstown Premium is sold through Google Play. The price shown before purchase is set by Google Play in your local currency and includes any applicable taxes.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Cancel in the Google Play Store under Payments and subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Refunds follow Google Play refund policy. We do not process payments and cannot issue a refund on Google behalf.
- Where a free trial is offered, its length is shown before you confirm. If you do not cancel before it ends, the subscription begins.
4. Your content
Your photos and words remain yours. You grant us the licence needed to host and display them inside Crosstown, and nothing more. Deleting your account ends that licence and deletes the content.
5. Safety, and its limits
We verify that members are real people by checking their face against their photos. We do not run criminal background checks and we cannot vouch for anyone conduct. Meet in public, tell someone where you are going, and trust your instincts.
6. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from Profile then Delete account, or via this page. We may suspend or remove an account that breaks these terms.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
8. Changes
If we change these terms materially we will say so in the app before the change takes effect.
